These terms govern your use of astraeabeyond.in, operated by Astraea Ventures Private Limited (CIN U46909KL2026PTC105818, GSTIN 32ABGCA5166K1ZL), registered office in Kerala, India, trading as Astraea Beyond ("we", "us").

1. Orders and acceptance

An order is a request to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example for stock, pricing or fraud-prevention reasons, and will refund any payment already taken.

2. Pricing and taxes

Prices shown are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. MRP, selling price and any discount are displayed separately on each product page.

3. Product claims

Technical and performance claims are limited to what is stated on the product page. Where a limitation is stated (for example, that a filter does not reduce Total Dissolved Solids), that limitation is part of the product description and not a defect.

4. Returns, refunds and cancellation

5. Architectural / project-supply items

Systems shown under Architectural are supplied against a project quotation and are not sold through the cart. A separate written quotation and order confirmation applies to these items.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kerala having jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution clause we separately agree with you in writing.
