Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Once dispatched, the return process below applies instead.

2. Transit damage

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no cost once the damage is verified.

3. Hygiene exemption on water-contact goods

For hygiene reasons, water-contact goods such as the shower filter cartridge cannot be returned once the packaging seal is opened or the product has been installed, unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

4. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

5. Architectural / project-supply items

Custom-sized architectural systems are made to order and are covered by the terms of your individual project quotation, not this consumer refund policy.
