Astraea Beyond ships pan-India, subject to courier serviceability at your delivery PIN code.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is provided free of charge by Astraea Beyond for orders placed through this Site, unless stated otherwise on the product or checkout page.

Dispatch time

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery estimate

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes up to 7 business days, depending on the shipping partner and destination. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details (where available from the courier) will be shared with you via the email/phone number provided at checkout.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or tracking shows no movement, please contact us at [email protected] or +91 79079 70400 with your order number, and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Undeliverable / refused deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address, unavailability at the address, or refusal to accept the shipment, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned to us, and we will contact you regarding next steps, including possible cancellation and refund of the product value.
